As of April 2016 the City of Chicago introduced a "unified utility bill" where charges for water, sewer, and garbage removal were included all on one bill.
As this is a newer program introduced by the city, there have been some instances where the number of residences in the building that the city has on file is incorrect. If you believe you are not being billed correctly, please alert Owner Services and we will have our Utilities Department submit an appeal to the city.
Any buildings over four units are required to have a dumpster on site that is serviced by a private company.
