As your management company we are happy to pay your utility charges on your behalf and charge them to your owner statement.
If you are transferring management to us, please let us know when you would like us to get utilities in our name. Your current management company may need to release them in order for us to get them on our account, so it is imperative that we work together to ensure that there is no lapse of service.
