CHA pays twice per month, once on the 1st of the month, and again on the 15th of the month.  If the 1st or 15th fall on a holiday or weekend it will be paid out the next business day. 


The majority of the payments received from CHA are received on the 1st.  Due to the fact that the payment received on the 1st is extremely large, it typically takes our accounting department one full business day to enter and record all payment information. Please allow us one day to enter everything in, and if on the next business day you still have not received a payment that you were expecting please reach out to Owner Services. 


The payment received on the 15th is much smaller, and only includes payments that missed the cut off for payout on the 1st, or adjustments made by CHA. 


Please be advised that it does take 10-15 business days for CHA to process financial information for new tenants on their end. It is not unusual for us to receive the 1st and 2nd month's CHA portion at the same time.
